Yash & Veerinder had an amazing winter wedding.  They had a Civil Wedding Ceremony at the Down Hall Country House Hotel in Hertfordshire.  They wanted to have the main wedding reception there as well but unfortunately the venue can only accommodate smaller crowds. So they decided to have the main wedding reception at the very beautiful Manor of Groves Hotel.

The ceremony was at the Bedford Gudwara. Bedford Gudwara is one of the most beautiful Gudwaras around.  The inside of the temple has a balcony area and that gave us great photo opportunity during the ceremony. After the Sagan we had some family photos outside. Then we took Yash and Vee for some couple photos outside the temple.  The temple building made for the perfect backdrop.

With winter weddings it is usually freezing outside, and this one was no exception. We took them out to the little footbridge and the waterfall for some couple shots, and then it was time to go inside for some bhangra.

The décor, flowers and catering was done by Rouge, I would highly recommend them to anyone asking for a referral.  They were professional and the room looked amazing.  The cake was designed by Cake (Asian wedding cakes) and again, they also did a fantastic job.

I must admit, I thought that the Dohl players were the best I have ever seen.  Later that evening I found out that they were the founders of The DHOL Foundation.  Another secret was that Yash was one of the players and also the host of his own programme on Brit Asia SKY 833.  His programme is called British Roast With Desi Toast, have a look, brilliant!

Have a look at some of our other Asian weddings.

  1. Would highly recommend Reynard and team! Very professional and excellent work! These guys don’t interfer with the running of the day - they are so discrete but still getting amazing shots! fanstastic!
